Domestic Conveyancing - We will guide you through the stressful process of buying and selling your home, remortgaging, buying to let and trusts for joint owners. We can also deal with boundary disputes, landlord and tenant problems and a claim for adverse possession.

Domestic Energy Assessment & HIPS - We now have our very own Domectic Energy Assessor to carry out Energy Performance Certificates for any potential properties for sale. We are also fully equipped to suppy your Home Information Pack, which is now mandatory for all residential property sales.

Commercial Conveyancing - Includes sales and purchases of commercial land and buildings, leases and mortgages, business sales, licensing and planning. We look after all aspects of your transaction to make sure that your interests are protected.

Wills, Probate and Administration of estates - We do try to impress upon clients the importance of making a will so that their estates are dealt with in accordance with their own wishes rather than by default. Inheritance tax planning is of greater significance to more clients than ever with the recent uplift in house values.

We can prepare powers of attorney and assist with Court of Protection receivership as necessary.

We can also act as executors or assist lay trustees with the work involved in collecting and administering your estate in accordance with your wishes.

Family Law - This covers a wide variety of work from divorce and separation proceedings to cohabitation agreements, property settlements, custody, residence and adoption.
